This makes it easier to find a pumping position that is most comfortable for you! The breast shield is BPA-free and is available in 4 sizes (S 21 mm, M 24 mm, L 27 mm and XL 30 mm). The PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield is usable with all Medela pumps.
